The Easy Crypto Wallet is closing down as Easy Crypto joins forces with Swyftx. To ensure the safety of your assets, you must move your funds to Swyftx or an external wallet.
Because the Easy Crypto Wallet is self-custodial, only you control your funds. This means we cannot move your crypto for you.
Swyftx and Easy Crypto will continue to operate as separate platforms until 31 March 2026. If you get stuck while on the Easy Crypto platform or Wallet app, please reach out to [email protected].
Do not delete your Easy Crypto Wallet app until you have successfully moved your assets. If you delete the app without a backup, you may permanently lose access to your funds.
How to migrate your assets from Easy Crypto Wallet to Swyftx
Step 1: Update your Easy Crypto Wallet app
Before starting the migration, ensure you are using the latest version of the Easy Crypto Wallet.
iPhone: Open the App Store and search for "Easy Crypto Wallet." Select Update if available.
Android: Open the Google Play Store and search for "Easy Crypto Wallet." Select Update if available.
Step 2: Connect your Swyftx and Easy Crypto accounts
The 'Sweep your Easy Crypto wallet' pop-up mentioned in Step 3: Migrate your assets will appear only after you sign up or sign in to Swyftx via the Easy Crypto platform. This will connect your Easy Crypto and Swyftx accounts.
There are three ways to connect your Easy Crypto and Swyftx accounts:
Email: Follow the unique link in the migration invitation email from Easy Crypto.
Easy Crypto Wallet: Select Learn More on the Swyftx notification inside your Easy Crypto Wallet, then select Sign up/sign in to Swyftx.
Easy Crypto Web platform: Sign in to your Easy Crypto account on the web platform and select Sign up/sign in to Swyftx.
If you are creating a new Swyftx account, some information may be pre-populated during onboarding. Please double-check that it is accurate. You must also complete your KYC 1 (Gold) verification on Swyftx to continue.
Once you successfully link your accounts, the 'Sweep your Easy Crypto wallet' pop-up will appear within one business day.
Step 3: Migrate your assets
The 'Sweep your Easy Crypto wallet' pop-up will appear only after you connect your accounts. To find out how, go to Connect your Easy Crypto and Swyftx accounts.
Log on to the Easy Crypto Wallet app.
On the homepage, on the 'Sweep your Easy Crypto wallet' pop-up, select Get started.
Select between the two following options:
Option 1: Portfolio Migrator (Recommended)
This option is the fastest way to move your assets.
Select Portfolio Migrator, then select Next.
Select Get Started and accept the terms.
Log in to your Swyftx account when prompted.
Select Transfer assets. Your crypto will be transferred to your Swyftx deposit addresses one by one.
Keep the app open until the process finishes. The transfer may pause or fail if the app is closed.
It may take up to 4 hours for the blockchain to confirm the transfer and for your assets to appear in your Swyftx account.
Option 2: Manual transfer
Use this option if you want to send your assets to a private hardware wallet or another exchange.
Select Manual transfer and select Next.
Select the specific crypto you wish to move.
Select Max and enter the destination address.
Review the details and select Confirm and send.
Repeat for all remaining assets.

Fees, bonuses, and asset-specific information
Fees
If you use the Portfolio Migrator option, Swyftx will sponsor the network (gas) fees for assets on Ethereum (ERC-20), Polygon, BSC, and BASE networks.
If you use the Manual Transfer option, standard network fees will apply.
XRP Ledger (XRPL) fees
The XRP Ledger (XRPL) requires 0.2 XRP to close a wallet address. This is a network requirement and is not a fee charged by Easy Crypto or Swyftx.
Welcome bonus
As a thank you, Easy Crypto customers who sign up and verify a Swyftx account before 16 April 2026 will receive a $20 Bitcoin welcome bonus. Additionally, if they place an eligible trade, they'll get a chance to win 1 of 5 prizes of $1,000 in Bitcoin. (T&Cs apply).
Unsupported assets
Swyftx supports over 400 crypto assets. However, some crypto assets held by Easy Crypto customers are currently unsupported. You must send these to an external wallet (such as Exodus), or they may become inaccessible.
