Crypto deposits and withdrawals, as well as fiat (AUD and NZD) withdrawals, are restricted until you have completed KYC 1 verification (Gold).
To complete KYC 1 verification (Gold), you need to provide a photo of your photo ID and a selfie. We recommend using your mobile to upload photos directly from your camera.
We don't collect your data for purposes other than our verification and reporting obligations. All information is collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Accepted identity documents
The types of identity documents you can use for ID verification include:
Physical drivers licence (We can’t accept screenshots of Digital ID)
Passport
Government-issued photo identification card
Verification tips
Tips for taking a photo of your identity document and your face:
Use your phone camera to produce the clearest photo.
If you're using a webcam, lay the ID down on a flat surface and move the webcam.
Make sure you have good lighting so that your document and face are clear.
Do not wear a hat, sunglasses, or anything that could obstruct your face.
