You’ll need to reset your two-factor authentication (2FA) if:
You lose or replace the device you use for 2FA.
Your phone number changes.
You begin the 2FA set-up process but do not complete it.
The way you will reset your 2FA will depend on if you have access to your registered phone number or your 2FA recovery code.
Alternatively, find out what to do if your 2FA codes aren't working.
How to reset your 2FA without access to your registered phone number
If you have your 2FA recovery code:
On the Log in screen, enter your email and password then select Sign in.
When prompted for your 2FA code, select Use recovery code.
Enter the recovery code.
You'll be logged in to your account and given a new recovery code.

How to reset your 2FA using your registered phone number
If you still have the same phone number and you can access your account:

Select the three lines
in the top left corner to expand the side menu and select
Profile.Select
Security & passwords and select the switch next to Two factor (2FA).Select Disable 2FA. We will send you an SMS with a verification code.
Enter the SMS verification code, then select Continue.

Select Yes, disable 2FA. We will send you an SMS with a verification code.
Enter the SMS verification code.
