Finding your deposit address, also known as your wallet address, is the same process for each asset you hold.
However, each asset has its own unique deposit address on Swyftx, so you will need to find the specific address for the asset you wish to deposit.
How to find or update your crypto deposit address

Complete the following steps for each of the assets you hold if you haven't done so since 25 March 2024.
From the dashboard, select
Wallet.Select the asset for which you need to check the deposit address.
Select
Deposit.Select the network you typically transact on and copy the deposit address.
You will need to update any Swyftx deposit addresses that are saved on other exchanges or in any wallets (cold or hot).

Complete the following steps for each of the assets you hold if you haven't done so since 25 March 2024.
Expand the side menu and select
Wallets.Select the asset for which you need to check the deposit address.
Select
Deposit to expand the deposit information box, then select Deposit at the bottom.Select the network you typically transact on and copy the deposit address.
You will need to update any Swyftx deposit addresses that are saved on other exchanges or in any wallets (cold or hot).

What changed?
Crypto deposit addresses were updated on 25 March 2024.
Outdated crypto deposit addresses have no longer been accessible as of 25 March 2024.
Any crypto deposits sent to old addresses are unrecoverable.
After the transition to our new system, some crypto assets no longer have deposit functionality. This change does not affect fiat (AUD/NZD) deposit addresses.
