Find or generate your deposit address

Updated over a week ago

Finding your deposit address, also known as your wallet address, is the same process for each asset you hold.

However, each asset has its own unique deposit address on Swyftx, so you will need to find the specific address for the asset you wish to deposit.

Deposit addresses will only ever be generated on the official Swyftx platform and never provided to you by any third party or via any direct channel, such as email or SMS.

What changed?

  • As part of a major system upgrade, we have issued new, unique deposit addresses for all crypto assets for every Swyftx user. Any previously used deposit addresses will no longer appear in Swyftx, and new crypto deposit addresses will need to be generated.

  • This is a platform-wide change that applies to all existing users and all crypto assets. Customers who sign up to Swyftx after the update will not be affected.

  • This change does not affect fiat (AUD/NZD) deposit addresses.

What do I need to do?

  • You will need to update any Swyftx crypto deposit addresses wherever you have the old ones saved, such as another exchange's withdrawal list, your hardware wallet, a personal notepad, or any other place you store crypto deposit addresses.

  • If you have never made a crypto deposit into your Swyftx account, no action is required.

  • You must check that you are using the correct crypto deposit addresses for all assets in your Swyftx account.

  • It is crucial that you use the updated crypto deposit addresses for all future deposits to prevent any disruption to your transactions.
