Get help with the Swyftx live chat messenger

The live chat messenger is the best way for you to get your questions answered when navigating the Swyftx platform. It's the primary way we provide conversational customer support.

Before you start

We always recommend that you log in to your Swyftx account before you start a conversation. This will allow our team to review the details specific to your Swyftx account, which typically results in a faster resolution.

If you cannot log in to your Swyftx account, you can still start a conversation within our live chat messenger on the Swyftx website or through Swyftx Support.


How to open and close the Swyftx live chat messenger

App

  1. Log in to your Swyftx account.

  2. Select the three lines in the top-left corner of the app to expand the side menu.

  3. Select the message icon in the top-right corner of the side menu to start a new conversation.

  4. To find your previous or ongoing conversations, select Support & feedback, then select Live chat.

  5. To close the messenger, select the X in the top-right corner.

Web

  1. Log in to your Swyftx account.

  2. In the lower-left or lower-right corner of the platform, find and select the blue circle.

  3. Select Ask a question to start a new conversation.

  4. To find your previous or ongoing conversations, select Messages in the bottom row.

  5. To close the messenger, select the X in the top-right corner.


How to interact with our AI agent, Wyn

When you begin a live chat conversation, you’ll first encounter our AI agent, Wyn.

When interacting with an AI agent, there are ways to approach the conversation that will help you get the best possible outcome.

  • We always recommend that you log in to your Swyftx account before you start a conversation.

  • Be specific and detailed. Share as much context as possible about your question or issue. The more information you provide, the better Wyn can understand and help you.

  • Use clear, complete questions instead of fragments. For example, instead of saying "withdrawal issue”, explain your full situation: "It has been 24 hours and I haven't received my withdrawal".

  • Give the AI agent a chance; you may be surprised by how easy it is to get a quick resolution!


How to speak to a human

Wyn, our AI agent, is your fastest way to get help. It is designed to help with tasks ranging from basic to complex, like updating your phone number or checking your withdrawal status.

If your issue requires a human, Wyn will gather details from you first and then pass your conversation to the customer support team. This ensures that when your conversation is handed over, they have everything they need to help you immediately.

Need a person right away?

If you’d prefer to skip the automated help, just tell Wyn directly. Type something like:

  • "Speak to a person"

  • "Talk to an agent"

  • "Human"

Wyn will then put you through to our live customer support team. If you're waiting for a human, feel free to go about your day. The conversation will remain open and you'll receive a notification or email as soon as we reply.
