At Swyftx, we’re always looking for ways to make your crypto journey faster and more intuitive. We’re excited to introduce a major upgrade to how you get help.

We’ve changed how you get answers fast within our live chat messenger: by removing all buttons and creating an entirely free-text live chat experience with our AI agent, Wyn!


Why the change?

By moving from button-heavy menus and pathways to a free-text model, you get a much more accurate, intuitive experience. Instead of having to translate your queries into pre-defined categories, you lead the conversation!

Our AI agent Wyn can...

  • Recognise intent, no matter how unique your request is,

  • Understand what you mean when you describe your issue in your own words,

  • Answer several different questions within the same conversation, and

  • Provide immediate, helpful responses.

Our hope is that it’s easier to share what’s on your mind than to navigate menus with small, specific buttons that don’t address your concerns in your own words.


What about human support?

You can still access the same top-tier human support that Swyftx has always provided, but now, there’s a better chance you’ll get your answer before then.
