To reward customers for their engagement with Swyftx, we offer a four-level VIP Program designed to give back to our customers the more they use the platform.
The program has four different VIP levels, each with a new set of perks, from faster, more personalised support to exclusive event access, and more.
VIP program enrolment and notification
Enrollment into our VIP program is automatic, based on your 12-month rolling trading volume.
Similar to our tiered fee structure, once your trading volume reaches the threshold of the next VIP level within the respective timeframe, your account will be automatically upgraded.
When you upgrade to a VIP level, you’ll receive a message via our live chat notifying you of your new VIP level. For VIP levels 3 and 4, you’ll also receive a welcome phone call from your dedicated account manager.
