As we slowly roll out updates to the way we refer to our verification levels, Verification calls might be called KYC 0. Eventually, it will just be referred to as Verification calls.
You may notice these alternating terms across our app and web platform, in live chat conversations, and throughout our Help Centre.
A verification call (also called a security call) is a quick chat with one of our team members. It's simply a way for us to verify your identity, introduce ourselves, and offer any help you might need.
These calls are part of our standard verification and compliance processes. We only use the information you share during the call for verification and reporting. All information is collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These calls are recorded for quality assurance, compliance, and training purposes.
If you need to complete a verification call, we'll let you know and send you details on how to book a time that suits you.
What to do if you miss a verification call
If you missed your booked verification call, message us via live chat, and we'll help you rebook a time that works for you.
