Fees for deposits and withdrawals

It's important to understand the different types of fees involved in depositing and withdrawing funds from your Swyftx account.

We don't charge fees for bank transfers or PayID deposits in Australian dollars.

For card deposits using Stripe, the fee is 1.875% per transaction.

For card deposits using Banxa, Swyftx does not charge any fees. However, Banxa currently charges a 1.99% fee and up to a 3.5% spread.

Your bank may also charge fees.

We don't charge fees for bank transfers in New Zealand dollars.

For New Zealand dollar card deposits using Stripe, the fee is 2.734% per transaction.

For New Zealand dollar card deposits using Banxa, Swyftx does not charge any fees. However, Banxa currently charges a 1.99% fee and up to a 4% spread.

Your bank may also charge fees.

We don't charge any fees for Australian dollar withdrawals or for New Zealand dollar withdrawals.

If funds are withdrawn to the wrong bank account, a dishonour fee of up to $40 may be charged. This fee is paid to us and our payment provider.

Your bank may also charge fees.

When you withdraw or transfer crypto out of Swyftx, you will be charged a withdrawal fee that covers the transaction costs of moving the cryptocurrency out of your Swyftx account.

We deduct this fee from your withdrawal.
