On 6 February 2025, we emailed our Australian-based customers to notify them that the Australian dollar (AUD) bank transfer deposit details would change. These changes are now complete.
We recommend you begin using your new AUD bank transfer deposit details immediately and double-check your PayID details before depositing AUD.
After 1 April 2025, AUD bank transfer deposits sent to your old BSB and account number will be returned to the originating account. They will not arrive in your Swyftx account.
What you need to do
Find your new AUD bank transfer deposit details by following the steps in our support article, Bank transfer deposits.
Remove your old deposit details from your online banking app to avoid accidental use.
If you use PayID, double-check the PayID details that you're using, as this may have also changed.
