On 16 April 2026, we emailed our Australian-based customers to notify them that the Australian dollar (AUD) bank transfer deposit details would change.
As of 24 April, 2026, any deposits made to the Swyftx account with BSB 802-985 will fail. They will not be credited to your Swyftx account and will return to your sending bank.
Please ensure you have updated your AUD bank transfer deposit details and double-check your PayID details before depositing AUD.
What you need to do
Find your current AUD bank transfer deposit details by following the steps in our support article, Australian dollar bank transfer deposits.
Remove any previous deposit details from your online banking app to avoid accidental use.
If you use PayID, double-check the PayID details that you're using, as this may have also changed.
