Bank transfer deposit details update

Due to a recent system upgrade, the BSB and account number details that you use for Australian Dollar (AUD) bank transfer deposits to Swyftx have changed, and your PayID details may have also changed.

On 6 February 2025, we emailed our Australian-based customers to notify them that the AUD bank transfer deposit details would change. These changes are now complete.

We recommend you begin using your new bank transfer deposit details immediately and double-check your PayID details before depositing.

After 1 April 2025, bank transfer deposits sent to your old BSB and account number will be returned to the originating account. They will not arrive in your Swyftx account.

What you need to do

  1. Find your new deposit details by following the steps in our support article, Bank transfer deposits.
  2. Remove your old deposit details from your online banking app to avoid accidental use.
  3. If you use PayID, double-check the PayID details that you're using, as this may have also changed.
