Create an entity account (trust, company, or SMSF)

At Swyftx, we offer trust, company, and self-managed super fund (SMSF) accounts, which we call entity accounts.

You must have a personal Swyftx account to create an entity account. If you don’t already have a personal Swyftx account, you can create both at the same time.

For existing Swyftx customers who want to set up an entity account, follow the instructions in the corresponding article depending on the type of entity account you want to create.

 

How to create an entity account for new Swyftx customers

  • Web

    Step 1: Create your personal account

    1. Go to the Swyftx website and select Signup.
    2. Select the Entity toggle and fill out your details.
    3. You will be prompted to verify your email and mobile number.
    4. Create a password and select Create account.
    5. Select Continue to profile setup to complete Step 2 and Step 3.

    If you skip Step 2 and Step 3 during sign-up, they will appear at the top of your dashboard when you log in to the Swyftx web platform. They must be completed before creating your entity account.



    Step 2: Complete your profile setup

    1. Select Resume and enter your name and date of birth.
    2. Enter your address and citizenship.
    3. Select your main source of wealth. Source of wealth is the source of the funds you'll be funding your Swyftx account with.
    4. Select your main purpose of using Swyftx, then select Next.
    5. Select Continue to begin your ID verification.


    Step 3: Verify your identity

    1. Select the form of identification you'd like to use.
    2. Fill in the required fields and select Verify these details.
    3. You will then be prompted to complete a photo verification with our secure 3rd party provider.
    4. Once complete, you will be redirected to your Swyftx dashboard.


    Step 4: Create your entity account

    Follow the instructions in the corresponding article, depending on the type of entity account you want to create. You can also complete this by going to your dashboard and selecting Start application.

  • App

    We recommend completing this process on a web browser, so you'll be redirected to our platform on your mobile device's web browser during Step 1.

    Step 1: Create your personal account

    1. Open the Swyftx app and select Create an account.
    2. Select the link under Looking to setup an entity account? to continue the process on your mobile device's web browser.
    3. Select the Entity toggle and fill out your details.
    4. You will be prompted to verify your email and mobile number.
    5. Create a password and select Create account.
    6. Select Continue to profile setup to complete Step 2 and Step 3.
