Depositing crypto from Binance to Swyftx is a quick process, but it's important to always double-check the deposit address and ensure you select the correct network.
We may not be able to recover crypto sent to Swyftx using incorrect details. If the crypto is recoverable, there can be significant recovery fees.
Before you send or receive crypto, it's crucial to understand how to select the correct network. Choosing the wrong network when sending your crypto will result in funds not arriving at the receiving address.

How to deposit crypto from Binance to Swyftx

Always double-check addresses before sending crypto. We may not be able to recover assets sent to the wrong address.
Step 1: Get your Swyftx deposit address
- From the Dashboard, select Deposit.
- Search, then select the asset you want to deposit.
- Select Continue to create a new receive address.
- Select a network, then copy the network address.
Step 2: Make the withdrawal from Binance
- Log in to your Binance App and select Wallets.
- Select Spot, then select Withdraw.
- Choose the cryptocurrency you want to send to Swyftx, then select Send via Crypto Network.
- Paste the address you copied from your Swyftx account, which should be your Swyftx deposit address for the crypto you want to send.
- Select the network you wish to send your crypto on.
- Enter the withdrawal amount. You can also select which wallet to withdraw from by selecting Spot & Funding Wallet.
- Select Withdraw to proceed.
- You will be asked to confirm the transaction again. Review the transaction carefully before selecting Confirm to complete the action.
- You may be required to verify the transaction with your two-factor authentication app.

- Expand the side menu and select Deposit.
- Search, then select the asset you want to deposit.
- Select a network, then copy the network address.
Step 2: Make the withdrawal from Binance
- Log into your Binance account and select Wallet, then select Overview.
- Select Withdraw, and you will be redirected to the withdrawal page.
- Select Withdraw, then select the cryptocurrency you want to send to Swyftx.
- Select the network you wish to send your crypto on.
- You will be prompted to confirm that Swyftx supports the selected network. If unsure, select No, I’m not sure, select Swyftx from the drop-down list, and select Check.
- Paste the address you copied from your Swyftx account, which should be your Swyftx deposit address for the crypto you want to send.
- Enter the withdrawal amount. You can also select which wallet to withdraw from by selecting Spot & Funding Wallet.
- Select Withdraw to proceed.
- You will be asked to review the selected network again and then select Confirm.
- Review the transaction carefully before selecting Continue to complete the action.
- You may be required to verify the transaction with your two-factor authentication app.
Some networks require a memo or destination tag to be provided along with the address for the transaction to be successful.

Deposit times
Crypto deposits can take up to 1 hour to arrive in your Swyftx account.
When sending crypto, a set number of confirmations will determine how soon the deposit will appear in your account.
The number of confirmations changes depending on the network used and the traffic on them.
Limits
$50,000 AUD equivalent.
Limits include both cash and crypto transactions.
Fees for crypto deposits
Swyftx does not charge a fee for receiving crypto into your account. However, network fees apply whenever you send crypto to facilitate the transfer.
