You can review and revoke all biometric login sessions directly through Session management, found in your Profile.
You can choose to revoke all active sessions or select individual sessions to revoke if you:
- notice a suspicious login,
- are using a new device, or
- no longer have access to an older device.
You can see details such as the device, the platform (app only), time and date, and the IP address.
If you notice a suspicious login, we recommend you immediately change your password, and then contact customer support.
How to view and revoke your active sessions

- Log in to your app using your password.
- Select the three lines
in the top left corner to expand the side menu, then select
Profile.
- Go to
Security & passwords.
- Under Biometric session management, select Biometric session management to view or revoke any active biometric sessions.
- If you revoke the session you are currently in, you will be logged out, and you will need to log in again with your password.
If you notice a suspicious login, we recommend you immediately change your password, and then contact customer support.
