You can only deposit Australian dollars if you've registered with Australian identification, and vice versa for New Zealand.

Trading
Make a trade
Instant orders, or market orders, are used to buy or sell crypto instantly.
The easiest way to buy and sell crypto is with our Quick Buy feature. Quick Buy simplifies buying and selling crypto with Australian dollars. Read more at Buying crypto.
On our app, find Quick buy on your dashboard, the
Quick actions menu, asset pages and wallet pages.
On our web platform, find Quick Buy in the left-side menu or at the top of each asset page.
On trigger orders, also known as stop or limit orders, will execute when the trigger price you set is reached.
Auto invest (Recurring orders) allows you to deposit money automatically and buy crypto all at once, as often as you like.
Base currency
Your base currency determines which asset you purchase crypto with or what you receive in exchange for crypto when selling. Your trades may not execute correctly if you don't select the correct base currency.
Check your balances
App
Go to Wallet in the toolbar to see your trading balances or total combined balances.
Your balance also shows on the Dashboard when you first log in.
Web
Go to the Dashboard to see your balance as a pie chart, your total balance, and your growth percentage.
Cryptocurrency bundles
We've made buying multiple assets easy! Don't know where to start? Our crypto bundles allow you to buy a curated selection of assets in one transaction.
Swapping crypto
Swapping allows you to trade one asset for another in a single transaction. For example, using a swap, you can exchange Bitcoin for Ethereum in a single step rather than making two separate trades.
You can swap any cryptocurrency listed on the platform for another!
Price alerts
Never miss market movements with Price alerts. Create price alerts for any asset we list on Swyftx and get notified when your selected targets are met.
You can access your price alerts from your Dashboard or a single asset page in Assets or Wallet. Price alerts can be set by price target or by % changes.

Safety, security and spotting scams
Scammers are drawn to cryptocurrency because of its irreversible nature. Once they have taken your money, it can be challenging or even impossible to recover.
It's important to take the time to research and educate yourself about the risks and how to prevent them.
By being proactive and learning how to spot scams, you can ensure that your investments and savings are safe and secure.
Swyftx also strongly encourages the addition of two-factor authentication (2FA). 2FA is the most significant upgrade you can make for your account security.
