If it’s your first time withdrawing or you’re withdrawing to a new bank account, you'll need to first add a bank account to withdraw funds.

These instructions are for both Australian and New Zealand customers.

How to add a bank account to withdraw funds

• App

  1. Go to Quick actions and select  Withdraw funds.
  2. Enter your account details.
  3. Select Add. You will receive an SMS verification code.
  4. Enter the verification code in the SMS verification code field on your mobile.
  5. Check your email and if the details are correct, click on the link to confirm the bank account.
  6. If after completing these steps your bank account is not showing as a withdrawal address, refresh your screen or check that you have verified the bank account via SMS and email.

  1. Expand the side menu and select Withdraw.
  2. Select your currency from the list.
  3. Select + Add a new account from the list to add an account to withdraw funds.
  4. Enter your account details.
  5. Select Continue. You will receive an SMS verification code to the mobile number on your account.
  6. Enter the verification code in the Verification via phone required screen.
  7. Check your email and if the details are correct, click on the link to confirm the bank account.
  8. If after completing these steps your bank account is not showing as a withdrawal address, refresh your screen or check that you have verified the bank account via SMS and email.
