You must add and verify a withdrawal address to withdraw any asset listed on Swyftx. All new withdrawal addresses must be confirmed by email and/or SMS.

Add a wallet address

• App

  1. Go to  Wallet and select the asset you want to withdraw.
  2. Select Withdraw to add a new send address.
  3. Enter the address nickname to help you identify where you are sending the asset.
  4. Enter the address.

     Always double-check the address. Any assets sent to an incorrect address are not recoverable.

  5. Select Add new address. You will receive an SMS verification code.
  6. Enter the verification code.
  7. Check your email and click on the link to verify this address. These emails can take up to 30 minutes to arrive and may land in your spam or junk folder.
  8. Confirm it is correct, and then select Verify to continue.

• Web

  1. Expand the side menu and select  Withdraw. 
  2. Select the asset you want to withdraw.
  3. Select Add a new account from the list to add a new address.
  4. Enter an address nickname to help you identify where you are sending the asset.
  5. Enter the address.

     Always double-check the address. Any assets sent to an incorrect address are not recoverable.

  6. Select Continue. You will receive an SMS verification code.
  7. Enter the verification code.
  8. Check your email and click on the link to verify this address. These emails can take up to 30 minutes to arrive and may land in your spam or junk folder.
  9. Confirm it is correct, and then select Verify to continue.

Remove a wallet address

• App

  1. Go to  Wallet in the bottom toolbar, then select the asset for the wallet address you want to remove.
  2. Tap Withdraw.
  3. Tap and hold on the address you wish to remove.
  4. Review the details of the address, then select Remove address.
  5. Select Yes, remove address to complete.

• Web

  1. Go to  Wallets in the side menu.
  2. Scroll down to All wallets, then select the asset for the wallet address you want to remove.
  3. Select Send to expand to see more options.
  4. Select Manage Accounts.
  5. Select the address you wish to remove.
  6. Select Remove address, then select Remove to complete.
