It's important to keep your registered phone number up to date for SMS confirmation and verification purposes.
If your number changes and you have access to your old number registered to your account, you can use the step-by-step instructions in this article.
If you don't have access to your old number, please complete the number change form. Once you submit the number change form, a Customer Support team member will review the information you provided and follow up with you directly. We'll let you know if anything further is needed from you.
How to change your phone number

If you don't have access to the phone number on your account, please complete the number change form.
- Select the three lines
in the top left corner to expand the side menu, then select
Profile.
- Select
next to the phone number.
- Enter the one-time passcode sent to the current phone number on your account and select Continue.
- Enter the new phone number and select Continue.
- Enter the one-time passcode sent to the new phone number and select Verify.

- Go to Information in the profile menu and select Change number.
