It's important to keep your registered phone number up to date for SMS confirmation and verification purposes.
If your number changes and you have access to your old number registered to your account, you can use the step-by-step instructions in this article.
If you don't have access to this number, please complete the number change form. A member of our Customer Support team will review your request and follow up with you.
How to change your phone number

If you don't have access to the phone number on your account, please complete the number change form.
- Expand the side menu and select
Profile.
- Select
next to the phone number.
- Enter the one-time passcode sent to the current phone number on your account and select Continue.
- Enter the new phone number and select Continue.
- Enter the one-time passcode sent to the new phone number and select Verify.

If you don't have access to the phone number on your account, please complete the number change form.
- Select your circled initial in the top right corner of the dashboard and select your full name and email.
- Go to Profile & Verification and select Change phone.
- Enter the one-time passcode sent to the current phone number on your account and select Continue.
- Enter the new phone number and select Continue.
- Enter the one-time passcode sent to the new phone number and select Verify.
