It's important to keep your registered phone number up to date for SMS confirmation and verification purposes.
If you have access to your old number registered to your account, you can use the step-by-step instructions in this article.
If you don't have access to your old number, please complete the number change form. Once you submit this form, we will review it and follow up with you directly.
If you entered the wrong phone number during the signup process, follow the same instructions as if you don't have access to your 'old' number by completing the number change form.
When changing your phone number and when setting up your Swyftx account, we will also ask you to verify your phone number.
How to change your phone number

If you don't have access to the phone number on your account, or entered the wrong number upon signup, please complete the number change form.
- Select the three lines
in the top left corner to expand the side menu, then select
Profile.
- Select
next to the phone number.
- Enter the one-time passcode sent to the current phone number on your account and select Continue.
- Enter the new phone number and select Continue.
- Enter the one-time passcode sent to the new phone number and select Verify.

Account settings.
- Go to Information in the profile menu and select Change number.
- Enter the one-time passcode sent to the current phone number on your account and select Continue.
- Enter the new phone number and select Continue.
- Enter the one-time passcode sent to the new phone number and select Verify.
