It's important to keep your registered email address up to date for confirmation and verification purposes. We also notify you of important updates or changes to the platform via email.

If your email address changes and you have access to your old email registered to your account, you can use the step-by-step instructions in this article.

If you can't access your old email address, please complete the email change form. Once you submit the email change form, a Customer Support team member will review the information you provided and follow up with you directly. We will let you know if anything further is needed from you.

How to change your email address

• App

  You can’t withdraw crypto for 24 hours after an email address change, and you will have to verify the new email address change by SMS and email.

  1. Expand the side menu, then select  Profile.
  2. Select  next to the email address.
  3. Enter your new email address, then select Change Email. We will send a verification PIN to the phone number on your account.
  4. Enter the PIN and select Verify.
  5. You'll then be prompted to verify your email; select Verify now.
  6. This will take you to the Verification page in Profile.
  7. Under Verification methods, select Email.
  8. You will receive an email to the new email address. To verify the new email address, click Confirm my account in the email.
  9. You will then be prompted to log in using your new email address.

  1. Select your circled initial in the top right corner of the dashboard and select Account settings.
  2. Select Information in the profile menu, then select Change address.
  3. Enter your new email address, then select Continue. We will send a verification PIN to the phone number on your account.
  4. Enter the PIN.
  5. Go back to your Profile, then Verification.
  6. Beside Verify email, select Start Verification.
  7. You will receive an email to the new email address. To verify the new email address, click Confirm my account in the email.
  8. You will then be prompted to log in using your new email address.
