Deposits and withdrawals are restricted until you have completed KYC 1 verification (Gold).

To complete KYC 1 verification (Gold), you need to provide a copy or a photo of your photo ID and a selfie photo. We recommend using your mobile to upload photos directly from your camera.

We don't collect your data for purposes other than our verification and reporting obligations. All information is collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  1. Select the three lines in the top left corner to expand the side menu.
  2. Select  Profile, then Verification.
  3. Follow the prompts to complete the verification.
  4. After submitting, we will let you know if we need further information or if you are approved.

Verification tips

Tips for taking a photo of your identity document and your face:

• Use your phone camera to produce the clearest photo.
• If you're using a webcam, lay the ID down on a flat surface and move the webcam.
• Make sure you have good lighting so that your document and face are clear.
• Do not wear a hat, sunglasses, or anything that could obstruct your face.
