How can we help?

Set up two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication, also known as 2FA, is an additional recommended layer of protection that can help to keep your account secure.

It’s something that only you have access to in addition to a password and username.

After setting it up, you will need to input a time-sensitive code when you sign into your account. The code is usually from a text message, email, or an authenticator app.

Swyftx supports any apps that use time-based 2FA generators. For example:

  • Authy
  • Google Authenticator
  • Microsoft Authenticator

What to do if your 2FA codes aren't working

If your 2FA codes aren't working, it's likely that your device needs to be synced correctly with the time and date.

The process to sync the time and date depends on whether you have an Android or an Apple device.
