A recurring order allows you to deposit money automatically and buy crypto all at once, as often as you like.

The minimum spend for a recurring order on Swyftx is $30.

Create a recurring order

  Step 1: Create the recurring order on Swyftx

  1. From Quick actions in the toolbar, select  Recurring orders.
  2. Select Create a recurring order.
  3. In the Trade to field, select Add asset and select the assets you want to include.
  4. Select Continue to set order details.
  5. Add a nickname for your order.
  6. Choose the percentage to allocate to the asset(s).
  7. Select Create recurring order.
  8. Select View deposit instructions. You will need to copy this information in Step 2.

  Step 2: Create a recurring transfer with your bank

  1. Log in to your internet or mobile banking.
  2. Create a new recurring transfer and enter the Swyftx deposit information.

  Step 3: Confirm the recurring order with Swyftx

  1. Go back to your Swyftx account.
  2. Select I Understand to confirm your recurring order.

  2. Select Create a recurring order.

  2. Select I Understand to confirm your recurring order.

Edit a recurring order

• App

  1. From Quick actions in the toolbar, select Recurring orders.
  2. Choose the recurring order you want to edit and select Edit.
  3. Make your desired changes to the recurring order and select Update to complete the action.

• Web

  1. Expand the side menu and select Recurring orders.
  2. Find the recurring order you want to edit and select Edit order.
  3. Make your desired changes to the recurring order and select Update order to complete the action.

Cancel a recurring order

• App

  1. From Quick actions in the toolbar, select  Recurring orders.
  2. Select the order you want to cancel and select Delete order.
  3. Cancel the recurring deposit from your bank.

• Web

  1. Expand the side menu and select Recurring orders.
  2. Under Your recurring orders, find the order you want to cancel, then select Cancel order.
  3. Cancel the recurring deposit from your bank.

Cancelling your recurring order on the Swyftx platform won’t cancel the recurring deposit from your bank. These are two separate actions.

If you delete a recurring order but do not cancel the recurring deposit from your bank, the deposit will arrive in your Swyftx account, but the recurring order will not be automatically processed.
